Guest booking the reservation must be 24 years old or older and must be present during the entire stay. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo and the balcony. If cigarette smoke is detected after checkout a fine of $500 will be charged to professionally clean the condo. *Pets are not allowed unless they have been trained to perform a certain task for a disability. Emotional support animals do not qualify. *If a pet is discovered without pre approval there will be a $500 fine. *If a toilet is clogged because of excessive paper, foreign objects, toys, or guest waste and overflowing...and maintenance or a plumber has to be called in to fix the problem...there will be a $250 fee charged to guest.

This is a GATED COMMUNITY. You will receive a parking pass at the front gate upon arrival. (24 hour gate keeper) This is also a resort with many activities for children, as well as, adults. There is Live music at the pavilion a few nights during the week(seasonal). Also, tennis courts, pickle ball, and basketball courts are available for your use. The pavilion with charcoal grills and tables is open to all guests. There are beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as, beach toys for your use. The pool is heated during the winter months. There is also a poolside hot tub open year round. A beach setup (2 chairs & an umbrella) can be purchased for $60/day.
