•You must be 25 years old or older to book a reservation. And you must be present for the entire stay. •This is a SMOKE-FREE Condo. Absolutely no smoking in the condo , on the balcony, or outside the front door. If cigarette smoke is detected at check out...there will be a $500 fee to have the condo professionally cleaned. •You are responsible for any damage to the property that occurs during your stay. Dogs and/or pets are not allowed unless they are a registered service dog that has been trained to perform a specific task for a disability. All dogs need to be pre-approved to enter the property. There will be a $500 fee if an unapproved dog is caught in the condo and/or on the premises. There will be a $500 additional cleaning fee for unapproved pets. *If a toilet is clogged because of excessive Toilet paper, foreign objects, or guest waste and is overflowing...and maintenance or a plumber has to be called in to fix the problem...there will be a $250 fee charged to guest.

This is a gated resort with many available activities. You will receive a parking pass at the front gate upon arrival. (24 hour gate keeper) There are seasonal activities for children, as well as, adults. There is Live music at the pavilion a few nights during the week during summer months. Also, tennis courts, pickle ball, and basketball courts are available for your use. The pavilion with charcoal grills and tables is also open to all guests.
