*Wristbands are provided for your use. Please wear them while you are on the property so that staff know you are a registered guest. *Wristbands are the property of the condo owner. They should be placed on the kitchen bar at checkout. Lost or taken wristbands are $25 each. *You must be 25 years or older to reserve this condo and you must be present during the stay. *Pets are not allowed unless they have been trained to perform a certain task for a disability. Emotional support animals do not qualify. *If a pet is discovered without pre approval there will be a $500 fine. *Sterling Shores is a SMOKE FREE RESORT. *Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING at any time. If cigarette smoke is detected at check out there is a $500 professional cleaning fee. *If a toilet is clogged because of excessive paper or guest waste and overflowing...and maintenance or a plumber has to be called in to fix the problem...there will be a $250 fee charged to guest.
